German Mölkky Championship 2014

The German Mölkky Championship 2014 continued its steady growth of the past years with 44 registered and 43 competing teams. The open tournament again was held in Erlangen and even attacted international teams from Finland, Czech and Slovakia. In the end, team Men O´Mölkk was first (D), Suomi - Finnland - Perkele second (FI) and team Saksa Stixx third (D). Both German teams had already made it among the three best teams in the past year.

The two-day championship was well organized as every year and ran smoothly. Breaks between games were distributed perfectly. Even lower positions werde played off, this represents the joy of the players. Genererally, playing level and ambition seems to have risen. Visitors and already knocked out teams could watch very exciting finals in the end - including some extremely impressive throws. 

Summing up, it was a successful and watchable championship that one already can look forward to the tournament in the upcoming year.
